About The Job:As the HR Shared Services Lead, you'll spearhead a high-performing HR team, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organisation. Your role will involve:
- Leadership: Build and motivate a diverse HR team, driving engagement and performance.
- Service Delivery: Manage KPIs and streamline processes for efficient HR operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation, enhancing service quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Experience
- Looking for someone with ideally international/global experience and strong employment law knowledge
- Experience with Bamboo HR is a bonus (not essential)
- Process improvement experience
- Comfortable at being able to hit the ground running and support more junior members of the team
