Job Title: HR Shared Services Lead

Interim (1 – 2 month initially, likely to extend)

2 days in the office (City of London)

About The Job:As the HR Shared Services Lead, you'll spearhead a high-performing HR team, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organisation. Your role will involve:

  • Leadership: Build and motivate a diverse HR team, driving engagement and performance.
  • Service Delivery: Manage KPIs and streamline processes for efficient HR operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation, enhancing service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Experience

  • Looking for someone with ideally international/global experience and strong employment law knowledge
  • Experience with Bamboo HR is a bonus (not essential)
  • Process improvement experience
  • Comfortable at being able to hit the ground running and support more junior members of the team
