Role Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives with business objectives. As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate with leadership and teams across the organisation to develop HR strategies that support our growth and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that drive performance and support organisational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practises.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Implement and oversee employee development programmes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyse workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives and resolving employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and practises that meet legal standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- Experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practises, employment law, and organisational development.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
