Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the transactional finance teams-Sales Invoicing, Credit Control, and Accounts Payable (approximately 35 people).
Set clear objectives, conduct regular one-on-ones, and provide ongoing support to your team.
Oversee the integration of acquisitions into transactional finance processes seamlessly.
Drive continuous improvement in internal processes and implement new controls as necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to finance policies and procedures throughout the organisation.
Collaborate with auditors and maintain open communication with key stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day operations, including performance reviews and objective setting for your teams.
Contribute to cash forecasting efforts through accurate data collation.
Review aged debt and manage bad debt provisions effectively.
Own and oversee the SAP Concur expenses processes.
Handle the incentive payments process and engage in ad hoc project work as needed.
Provide day-to-day support and training on financial changes to empower your teams.
