Join our client, a leading organisation in the Investment Management sector, as the Head of Client Lifecycle Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the client lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing management of client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of two lifecycle administrators across multiple jurisdictions.
- Execute and manage all documentation required for onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations on anti-money laundering.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team to resolve any issues effectively.
- Work closely with operations teams to establish custodian accounts and conduct suitability profiling in coordination with the Client Relationship Manager.
- Liaise with stakeholders involved in client setup, including Client Management, Investment, Middle Office, Business Compliance, Risk & Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Oversee client lifecycle activities for existing clients, coordinating periodic reviews and ensuring timely and accurate updates to documentation.
- Monitor and manage reporting distributions and the offboarding process for investment management clients.
- Handle administrative activities on portfolios, including fund postings, payment initiations, and FX transactions.
- Support additional projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree level or equivalent required.
- Essential financial services experience, with relevant expertise in lifecycle management for various client types, including Trusts, Individuals, Corporates, and Charities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and business practises.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Touchstone Dynamics 365 Business Central system is desirable.
