Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including KPI reporting and insightful variance analysis
- Manage all group reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to provide clear, actionable financial insights
- Drive KPI performance and improve business results across departments
- Oversee preparation of year-end statutory accounts
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations (reconciliations, VAT, payables/receivables)
- Enhance financial systems, controls, and processes
