Finance Specialist
Up to £45,000

LHH are partnering with a well-respected charity organisation in their search for a Finance Specialist to join their team.
In this key role, you will work closely with senior leadership, guiding financial decision-making and helping to drive the organisation’s mission forward. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with charity sector financial regulations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and lead a small finance team, driving efficiency and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have proven financial experience, ideally within the charity sector, with strong knowledge of charity accounting and compliance requirements. A hands-on approach, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) are essential.
