We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm in Northampton who is seeking to recruit an Employment solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of Employment law matters including:

  • Cases related to unfair dismissal, redundancy and restrictive covenants, and ensure compliance with the Equal Pay Act.
  • Provide expert advice on TUPE Transfers, disciplinary and harassment matters.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Employment Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Package:

  • Competitive salary between £65,000 – £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
