We are working with a high-profile, people focused organisation to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will play a crucial part in supporting managers through the full employee relations lifecycle, providing proactive, pragmatic and timely ER support across a wide range of people issues. Acting as a trusted advisor to line managers, you will ensure consistency, compliance and best practice across all ER activity, while contributing to wider ER improvement projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to line managers across all ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, probation and policy interpretation.

- Ensure consistency of approach and high standards of documentation across all ER activity.
