A Conveyancer is required to support a busy Residential Property team and manage a caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion. The role involves handling a varied caseload of residential sale, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage files. Experience with new build and leasehold transactions is desirable. A minimum of two years' experience running files to completion is required.
