Construction Litigation Associate (4+ PQE) Cardiff | Bristol | Swansea | Hybrid Working | £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus A leading commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Construction Litigation Associate with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing contentious construction team across Cardiff, Bristol or Swansea.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely progressive firm with a strong reputation for complex construction disputes, infrastructure projects and city-centre regeneration work.
The team acts for developers, contractors, consultants, social housing providers, investors and public sector organisations on high-value and technically challenging matters across the UK.
The Opportunity You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including: Adjudication, arbitration and mediation Technology Construction Court (TCC) litigation Delay and disruption claims Defects and payment disputes Professional negligence claims Contractual disputes under JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements Risk management and project strategy advice The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of complex disputes while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team environment.
