Job Description Commercial Property Solicitor - 0-3 PQE Cardiff | £45,000 - £50,000 DOE | Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join its growing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a strong commercial property practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters. You will have the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property caseload, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Property portfolio management Supporting corporate and commercial transactions where there is a real estate element Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property documentation The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE who is keen to develop their technical and commercial expertise within a supportive team.
