Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a broad, commercially focused People Advisor role?
I’m working with a fast-growing organisation that is looking for a People Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist who enjoys working closely with managers, navigating complex ER matters and contributing to wider people initiatives.
The Role
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for managers across the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and advising on complex employee relations cases
- Coaching and supporting managers across all levels
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance
- Supporting employment legislation updates and best practice
- Working closely with People Business Partners on strategic projects
- Contributing to organisational change and M&A activity
- Using people data and insight to identify trends and measure impact
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- Solid employee relations experience
- Confidence advising and coaching managers
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A commercially minded and data-driven approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- CIPD qualification or working towards it
