The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR guidance to managers across a range of employee relations, workforce planning and organisational development matters. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate complex people issues while ensuring policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and pragmatically. This is a varied role offering exposure to strategic and operational HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more.
