Finance Manager
Office-based in Tenbury Wells / occasional travel to County Durham
A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing manufacturing business as Finance Manager, taking ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end reporting and management accounts.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Partner with operations to improve profitability and drive performance.
- Oversee inventory, costing and working capital management.
- Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis and commercial insights.
- Support capital investment decisions and business case development.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Background in manufacturing, recycling or a similar operational environment.
- Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of product costing, inventory and operational finance.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
