Credit Control Manager
Shrewsbury
We are looking for an experienced Group Credit Control Manager to lead a team and take ownership of credit control and Accounts Receivable.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Credit Control/AR professionals.
- Manage credit control across multiple European entities, including collections, credit limits, cash allocation and aged debt.
- Drive consistent processes around customer onboarding, credit risk and credit insurance.
- Monitor KPIs, DSO and working capital, providing clear reporting to senior management.
- Work closely with European businesses to improve processes and introduce greater automation and AI.
About you:
- Strong Credit Control/AR management experience.
- Ideally experienced within a shared service centre or multi-entity environment.
- Strong people management and stakeholder-management skills.
