Senior HR Advisor - Maternity Cover
Circa £55,000 + benefits | Hybrid | Fixed-Term
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing luxury brand to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a maternity cover basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join a dynamic, high-growth business and make an immediate impact. Working closely with the senior HR team, you will provide hands-on HR support and business partnering across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and senior stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct and absence.
- Support performance management, talent reviews and organisational change.
- Coach managers on people management and employee relations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with HR Operations on policies, processes and compliance.
- Provide HR data, reporting and insight to senior leadership.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Strong generalist HR and employee relations experience.
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to influence and challenge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean and hands-on environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Package & Working Pattern
- Circa £55,000 salary - some flexibility for the right candidate
- Hybrid working - minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
