Hours: 40 hours per week Our client is a leading provider of specialist children's residential services, supporting children and young people with complex needs to develop independence, life skills, and positive outcomes.
They are seeking an experienced Learning Development Partner to join their team and support the development of staff across multiple residential settings.
About the role : As a Learning Development Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes to both new and existing employees within children's residential services.
Drawing on your experience within residential childcare, you will equip staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to deliver outstanding support and care.
This is a hybrid position , combining home-based working with regular travel to services across the region.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling between Cambridge, New market, Peter borough, and Bedfordshire/Shropshire , with approximately 50% of their time spent on-site delivering training and supporting operational teams.
