LHH is recruiting a Private Client Associate (2–6 PQE) for a highly regarded London law firm. The role focuses on the firm's expanding Offshore Private Client team, handling high-value, cross-border legal matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Specialization: Essential experience in advising offshore and international private clients.
• Competencies: Proficiency in working with HNW/UHNW individuals, trustees, and family offices.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing cross-border wealth and succession planning.
• Advising on UK and offshore trust structures and asset restructuring.
• Handling UK tax aspects related to international private client matters.
• Drafting wills, trusts, and associated legal documentation.
• Assisting clients with relocation to and from the UK.
