Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Specialization: Essential experience in advising offshore and international private clients.
- Competencies: Proficiency in working with HNW/UHNW individuals, trustees, and family offices.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Managing cross-border wealth and succession planning.
- Advising on UK and offshore trust structures and asset restructuring.
- Handling UK tax aspects related to international private client matters.
- Drafting wills, trusts, and associated legal documentation.
- Assisting clients with relocation to and from the UK.
