LHH CTM UX and Global Web Strategy Manager

We are seeking a data-driven Web Strategy Manager to lead the strategy, optimisation, governance, and performance of our global web presence.

This role will own the digital customer experience across our websites, ensuring they effectively drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion while delivering an exceptional user experience.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the global website strategy to support marketing, sales, and customer experience objectives.
  • Manage website roadmap, prioritisation, governance, and continuous optimisation.
  • Partner with Content, Product Marketing, UX, Demand Generation, and IT to deliver high-performing digital experiences.
  • Lead SEO, GEO, website personalisation, conversion rate optimisation, accessibility, and site performance initiatives.
  • Analyse user behavior and website analytics to identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion.
  • Manage CMS governance, content publishing workflows, and website quality assurance.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimise content, testing, personalisation, and customer experiences.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Maintain website compliance, accessibility standards, privacy requirements, and brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with web development agencies and technology vendors.
  • All About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience managing enterprise websites and digital experiences.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, GEO, analytics, conversion optimisation, and UX best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, designers, content teams, and marketers.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered website optimisation and personalisation technologies.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
