As a Product Marketing Manager at LHH, you will drive the activation of LHH products and services in our Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio. Your responsibilities include sales messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market activities. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—product & innovation, sales, and marketing—to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of LHH’s offerings.
Market Analysis
- Source and apply market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using internal research and insights to inform go‑to‑market strategy.
- Regularly gather and synthesize feedback from candidates and buyers to inform product messaging and innovation stories.
- Lead competitive analysis sessions, translating findings into actionable recommendations for product positioning.
Go‑to‑Market Strategy
- Proactively develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market plans aligned with company and business line objectives.
- Define messaging and value propositions based on market insights and business needs.
- Create and execute go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
