Global Product Marketing Manager – HR and Talent Advisory Services

Location: Remote

Team: Go to Market | Reports to: Global Head of Product Marketing

As a Global Product Marketing Manager at LHH, a leader in the global talent solutions industry, you’ll play a central role in shaping how we bring our newly formed HR and Talent Advisory practice to market. You’ll be responsible for developing and evolving clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with senior HR and business leaders across a wide range of industries – spanning corporate enterprises and fast‑growing businesses navigating workforce transformation.

In this global role, you’ll be part of our Go to Market team and a growing Global Marketing organisation. Key stakeholders will include the Global Head of HR and Talent Advisory, Global Marketing, Sales and Consulting teams. You’ll act as the bridge between our product, sales, customer success and marketing teams, crafting go‑to‑market strategies that drive commercial success and support our clients in building more resilient, high‑performing workforces.

In This Role You Will:

Market Insight & Customer Understanding

  • Conduct and apply market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, buyer needs, and growth opportunities across sectors.
  • Partner with sales, solution architects, and consulting teams to gather insights and feedback that inform product messaging and roadmap development.
  • Translate service offerings into simple, relevant, and differentiated narratives for senior HR and business audiences.

Go‑to‑Market Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market plans for new and evolving HR and Talent Advisory services.
  • Define clear messaging frameworks and value propositions aligned to client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure product launches and service offerings are well‑supported and positioned for success in the market.
  • Drive internal education and adoption of messaging across commercial teams.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Content

  • Partner with our Sales Enablement teams to create sales tools and enablement resources, such as pitch decks, solution overviews, playbooks, and talking points that empower our salesforce to discuss Advisory services with their clients confidently and effectively.
  • Ensure alignment between sales messaging, product capabilities, and brand positioning.
  • Partner with content, creative, and digital teams to produce high‑quality, client‑ready materials that help buyers to feel confident about the talent strategy decisions they need to make.

Campaign & Activation Support

  • Work with marketing colleagues to orchestrate Go to Market plans and support integrated campaigns that build awareness and drive demand for HR and Talent Advisory services.
  • Provide messaging input, content development, and strategic direction for field marketing and lead generation initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign and content performance to inform future tactics and messaging optimizations.

About You

  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in talent solutions, professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Customer Focused: Strong understanding of senior HR and talent buyer needs, including CHROs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development professionals.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate insights into effective go‑to‑market strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent Communicator: Skilled at distilling complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging for a range of audiences.
  • Collaborative Leader: Experience working across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Data‑Driven: Able to use insights, feedback, and performance data to shape plans and improve results.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, Seismic, Asana, and marketing automation platforms.
