Primary responsibilities of this role are to provide frontline marketing support to the LHH career transition and mobility business line and implement the marketing plans to achieve shared goals. You will be the key point of contact for career transition and career development to provide strategic marketing guidance and activity implementation to create new content, increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads for this business line. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement and record the success of marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who can lead with confidence and bring their years of experience to achieving shared organisational goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Generation: Create and execute lead generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert new prospects. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategy and improve ROI. Provide recommendations based on data to optimise targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Brand Awareness: Lead initiatives to increase visibility and understanding of the LHH brand within the target market. Ensure our core messaging is consistently communicated across all channels and assets. Use a variety of marketing channels to drive higher brand frequency, recall, and perception.
  • Strategic Partnership & Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing activities related to the career transition and development business line. Work collaboratively with sales leaders, solution leads and commercial stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective marketing plans. Partner with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated cross‑business line campaigns and achieve strategic goals.
  • Campaign Management: Act as the marketing business line go‑to person for campaign planning, coordination and prioritisation. Develop, implement and optimise marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and content engagement. Own multi‑touchpoint, multi‑channel campaigns using channels such as digital, paid media, social, email, events and content coordination. Ensure campaigns increase reach, educate target audiences and drive inbound leads into the funnel.
  • Content Creation & Enablement: Collaborate with sales and internal subject‑matter experts to create content that informs, educates, and inspires action. Work with the Social Media and Content Coordinator to develop content supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and inbound lead generation. Support creation of assets across formats such as videos, guides, infographics and email sequences.

All About You

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of multi‑touchpoint go‑to‑market campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to act as a key point of contact, offering insight, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
  • Self‑directive with high initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
