Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist (SLP, ST) in Home Health assesses and evaluates patient needs related to speech and language disorders, communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Based on this, the therapist develops treatment plans, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and monitors progress.
