We're hiring for People and Culture Officer

Location: Uxbridge
Up to £35,000 + exceptional benefits
36 hours/week | Hybrid working – 3 days in office

LHCPG is seeking an experienced People and Culture Officer to play a key role across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and compliance. If you're CIPD Level 5 qualified, confident in managing recruitment campaigns, and thrive in a fast-paced, values-led environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment campaigns
  • Own onboarding, new starter engagement and all probation tracking
  • Maintain all HRIS records, process payroll changes, and track lifecycle events
  • Support audits, data reporting, and compliance activities
  • Coordinate performance and development processes
  • Contribute to internal team projects and continuous improvement
  • Be a key point of contact for all staff queries and communications

What You Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Officer or Coordinator role
  • Proven track record managing recruitment campaigns end-to-end
  • Confident using ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of UK Employment Law and GDPR
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Friendly, professional, and collaborative approach
  • Well developed communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm, energy + efficiency to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
