Help us transform how we work, so we can make an even bigger difference. At LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG), our mission is simple: improving lives and places through quality procurement solutions. For more than 60 years, we've helped the public sector deliver better buildings and homes. Today, we're an independent not-for-profit organisation, working across the UK and reinvesting our surplus to create positive community impact.

As we embark on the next phase of our multi-year strategy, we're looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join us initially on a one-year FTC, where you will help shape and deliver priority transformation projects across LHC Procurement Group, improving how we work so we can better support the public sector to deliver better buildings, homes and stronger communities. You’ll make sense of complex needs and turn them into practical solutions. From discovery and process improvement through to testing and implementation, you’ll help deliver change that colleagues can adopt.

What you’ll be doing

  • A major part of this role will be supporting the implementation of our new HR and Finance systems, two of our key transformation projects.
  • You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation to review and improve processes, shape how the new systems are used, manage business change and help ensure a smooth migration and successful implementation.
  • Getting to the heart of business needs through workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder conversations.
  • Turning needs into clear requirements, user stories and practical solutions.
  • Mapping and improving processes, spotting inefficiencies and opportunities to work smarter.
  • Bringing people together, bridging the gap between business teams, technology partners and project colleagues.
  • Supporting change through to delivery, including solution design, testing, implementation and adoption.

What you’ll bring

  • You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst, or bring experience from a similar analytical role.
  • Experience supporting business change, transformation or technology-enabled projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder conversations.
  • Experience working across the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to testing, implementation and handover.
  • The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities and communicate complex information clearly.
  • A recognised Business Analysis qualification, such as BCS or equivalent.

We'd welcome experience in migrating to platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and HiBob. Above all, you’ll care about getting to the right outcome. With a practical and considered approach, you’ll help turn ideas and insight into improvements that make a genuine difference to how we work.

Why join us?

At LHCPG, the work we do has real impact. We're a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation that helps improve lives and places across communities in the UK. In return, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, opportunities to develop your career and a range of benefits designed to help you thrive both inside and outside of work.

Some of the benefits you'll enjoy include:

  • Salary of £39,975 per annum
  • Generous employer pension contribution
  • 34 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • An extra day off for your birthday
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance
  • 1.5 days' volunteering leave each year
  • Private medical cover and health cash plan after successful completion of probation
  • Enhanced family leave, retail discounts and additional lifestyle benefits after probation
  • And plenty more!
