We are a working family farm of 200 acres in Herefordshire seeking a capable, hardworking couple to join us on a permanent, fullâtime basis. The role covers four main areas: farm and livestock, holiday let management, housekeeping, and garden and grounds.
A comfortable tied bungalow is provided on the farm as part of the overall package. We are looking for people who are selfâmotivated, take pride in their work, and are at home in a rural farming environment.

Dayâtoâday care for a small flock of sheep, a few horses and some poultry, including feeding, mucking out, and morning and evening routines. Seasonal responsibilities include assisting with lambing and preparing the lambing shed. General farm maintenance including water troughs, fencing, gutters and soakaways; cutting firewood and clearing fallen trees; and looking after the family dogs when owners are away.
Holiday LetManagement of a holiday rental property on the farm. Responsibilities include changeover cleaning, laundry, restocking consumables and welcome packs, and presenting the property to a high standard for each new arrival. Ongoing upkeep includes windows, lawn edges, woodburner supplies, and monitoring oil levels.
Main FarmhouseRegular housekeeping support for the main farmhouse on agreed days. This includes cleaning, laundry and ironing, window cleaning, and general household tasks such as maintaining the water softener, replacing light bulbs, building fires in winter, and monitoring oil levels.
Garden & GroundsKeeping the garden and grounds in good order throughout the year. This includes watering beds and borders in spring and summer, maintaining lawn edges, sweeping the yard, trimming hedges, and cleaning and storing garden furniture seasonally.
