Business Unit: The Business Development team is responsible for promoting the Firm to Financial Advisers. We are involved in a broad range of activities including:
- Developing intermediary relationships across the UK and to a limited number of overseas adviser firms
- Promoting the LGT proposition to Financial Advisers
- Developing new communication strategies to engage with Financial Advisers
- Proactively marketing the Firm to Financial Advisers
- Working in partnership with Financial Advisers to tailor our proposition and resources for their client base
Brief Role Objective: In line with the Business Development communications strategy, support with the coordination of a central communications among Financial Advisers and developing strategies to increase AUM from networks and partner firms. The communication channels include literature, email communications, events, videos, social media and online webinars as well as website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of the marketing and communications strategy for Business Development across service propositions targeting Financial Advisers
- Coordinate ongoing literature updates to the "Financial Adviser" section of the firm website, including monthly factsheets and continuous literature updates to the dedicated adviser portal
- Assist with CPD programme for IFAs – webinars and live events
- Assist with video production – scheduling, filming and production
- Assist with invitation production
- Assist with presentation decks – creating new slides to briefs and formatting slides within brand guidelines along with managing compliance sign off process
- Manage white labelling process for factsheets and quarterly reports
- Coordinate central distribution of communications, maintaining spreadsheet and cleverreach system
- Assist with Conference participation i.e. stand, literature and merchandise as well as set up and pack down
- Coordinate logistics for merchandise and literature distribution
- Ensure the LGT Wealth Management brand is correctly represented and the brand ethos is understood and maintained within the Adviser community
Requirements:
- Marketing and/or administrative experience preferred
- Previous office experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred
- Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
