Brief Role Objective: LGT Wealth Management is focused on delivering great experiences for clients and staff by using technology in creative ways. The Service Centre provides essential support to our business and customers. Our Trainee Service Centre analysts provide high-quality support to employees in our UK and Channel Island offices as well as to clients using our online portal and mobile apps. The role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle email, telephone and walk-up requests for service from internal and external customers, following agreed procedures.
- Prioritise, diagnose, and resolve Incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Fulfill Service Requests following documented processes and procedures.
- Perform security administration tasks, including providing access to IT resources.
- Complete IT daily checks.
- Write and update troubleshooting documentation and “How to” articles.
- Build new laptop and desktop workstations.
- Carry out desk moves, as required.
- Provide other assistance as requested by the Service Centre & Delivery Manager.
