The Marketing Team is responsible for developing the Firm’s brand awareness and supporting client retention and acquisition. They manage the marketing plan in line with business objectives, covering PR, advertising, events, sponsorship, website, social media, literature and digital. The Marketing Team ensures the brand is correctly represented and understood.
Brief Role Objective: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, proactive and highly organised Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the implementation of the marketing plan, alongside the Marketing Team. This role will co-lead on delivering the Firm’s internal communications strategy, leading on sustainability and US driven marketing activities, and working across a range of client communications and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications: Work closely with the CEO Office to support and drive the firm’s internal communications strategy, including copywriting and management of internal communication channels. Support the development of ad hoc client communications. Lead on sustainability driven marketing activities.
- Events: Work with the Events Manager on the delivery of the Firm’s flagship event programme.
- Projects and campaigns: Take responsibility for ad hoc projects and campaigns depending on critical business needs. Act as line manager to two Marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Branding: Act as brand guardian, ensuring that brand and communications guidelines are maintained across marketing and event-related assets.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a generalist Marketing Manager, including communications, event experience, project management and copywriting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Internal communications experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing, developing or supervising team members.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Solution-oriented attitude and collaborative team player.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
