Our Placement Year Programme will introduce you to the Wealth Management sector where you will develop your industry knowledge and gain on-the-job work experience enabling you to prepare for an excellent start in your career.
Our 2026/27 Placement Year Opportunities include:

Your primary place of work will be in our City of London office where you will work for twelve months starting in July of this year. Our Placement Year students will follow the hybrid model of working in the office and homeworking.
Your Salary: £27,500
We welcome those undergraduates currently studying for a Finance / Business related degree (to include Economics and Accountancy) to apply for the Programme. In return, we need you to bring your drive, passion, and enthusiasm to make the most of this opportunity.

Requirements
Technology: The successful candidate will join the Service Delivery Team which is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services within the organization.
Finance: The successful candidate will be providing Accounting Support to the wider Finance Team, focusing on the regular processing and payment of suppliers, expense claims, and credit cards.
Operations: Business Operations provides essential support and services for the Investment/Wealth Asset Managers, their teams, and their Clients. The successful candidate will primarily gain experience in the CASS team but might also be involved with other units such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, Transfer, Treasury, Data Management, and CASS.
