Trainee Analyst, Sustainable Investing London
LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership, wholly owned by the private banking group LGT, which is in turn owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain LGT WMs sustainable models on internal platforms such as Morningstar, Fact Set and Style Analytics.
- Update sustainable literature including presentations, quarterly reviews, performance and asset allocation.
- Submit periodic data requests from third parties, such as risk profilers.
- Manage and co-ordinate the teams monthly and quarterly task list.
- Contribute to building efficient processes within the team, including the integration of AI tooling.
- Compile risk and analytics packs for sustainable investment committee meetings.
- Monitor markets to understand current drivers and market sentiment at the asset class and sub-asset class level.
- Proactively build knowledge on sustainable investment fund landscape.
- Contribute towards sustainable investment research, primarily focussing on third party funds across fixed income, equities, and alternatives.
- Support Investment and Wealth Managers with adviser/client requests for information and questions on proposition.
- Support communications, including sustainable investing thought-leadership content.

- An understanding of asset classes and portfolio construction within the wealth and asset management industry.
- Knowledge and interest in sustainable finance
- Understanding of market cycles, drivers and characteristics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain portfolio and trade objectives clearly and appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of UK sustainable wealth management industry and understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Understanding of third-party funds and fund of fund investing.
