The teams’ primary goal is to help Intermediary and Private clients enhance their wealth. We are involved in a broad range of activities including Investments, Strategy, Planning/Structuring, and Lending. The foundations of the team are built on technical excellence and integrity to ensure that the client receives a holistic wealth management service.

Brief Role Objective: To provide general support to the Portfolio Management team to ensure that the client receives first class service. Responsible for ensuring that administrative, organisational and client related tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Will have regular contact with Intermediary and Private client base, dealing with their enquiries and providing support at client meetings where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with all aspects of client contact, including ongoing and regular reporting requirements and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Place and process trades in line with client instructions for advisory and execution-only portfolios, liaising with Dealers and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Where necessary execute required dealing activity to implement strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions in client portfolios.
  • Maintain and update Investment Policy Statements (IPS) where required.
  • Assist the Senior IM’s with the administration of the Annual Investment Review Process.
  • Review and advise on corporate actions, i.e., looking at open offers and rights issues. Instruct the Corporate Actions team accordingly.
  • Provide analytics for the IM team, including performance, asset allocation reports and capital gains.
