Be part of a team that provides general and administrative support to the Partners and Investment Managers/Assistants, ensuring that clients receive a first‑class service. Responsible for completing client‑related administrative and organisational tasks accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and distribute account opening packs, ensuring all required documentation is filled accurately.
- Track progress and timeliness of account opening and asset/cash transfers, keeping relevant parties informed.
- Assist Investment Assistants in providing regular and ad‑hoc information to clients, ensuring documents and reports are accurate and dispatched on time.
- Resolve client queries regarding portfolios or account opening.
- Ensure correspondence and reporting are clear, technically accurate and tailored to the client’s knowledge level.
- Prepare internal management information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain comprehensive client records, liaising with colleagues, platforms and external custodians.
- Liaise with external custodians and providers to obtain required information.
- Monitor and respond to email queries and requests.
- Proficient use of all internal and external systems and information feeds.
- Assist in collating LGT Lombard Lending account opening and credit documentation.
- Support the Investment Assistants with ad‑hoc administration tasks as required.
- Attend regular forums to keep knowledge of the business and industry up to date.
- Manage the team’s diary and book meetings as requested.
- Monitor and address expenses where required.
