Overview
You join a two-year Analyst Program to build a long-term career in private markets, starting with an intensive training phase and hands-on experience across private credit investments. You will work within the Private Credit Solutions team, supporting sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, and monitoring across co-investments, secondaries, and funds. The program blends learning with live deal exposure and ongoing development, with potential progression to Associate for high performers. This role suits ambitious early-career professionals seeking a global, cross-border investment environment.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring across private credit co-investments, secondaries, and fund investments
- Engage with private credit managers, intermediaries and market participants; conduct sector analysis and research
- Enhance credit analysis and financial modelling; support underwriting and execution of transactions
- Prepare analyses and documentation for investment committees and client presentations
- Monitor existing investments and market trends; maintain and develop internal databases; support ongoing development of the practice
Key requirements
- Strong academic credentials from a leading university (Bachelor or Master level) in business, economics, finance, accounting or related quantitative field
- Prior internship experience in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity, investment banking or transaction advisory (favorable)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis
- Interest in private credit, credit risk assessment, capital structures and downside protection
- Curiosity about how company fundamentals, documentation, structuring, market dynamics and macro factors impact private credit investments
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous
