b Overview /b p In this role you will help source, evaluate, and execute hedge fund investments as part of a global manager selection team. You’ll perform due diligence, build investment cases for the investment committee, and liaise with portfolio managers and clients on funds and themes. You will also support marketing, client reviews, and fundraising activities. This is an international, growth-focused opportunity to shape exposures across hedge fund sub-strategies using LGT CP’s proprietary platform. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li work-from-home options /li li flexible hours /li li home office allowance /li li training opportunities /li li language skill development /li li participation in investment programs and banking products /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead sourcing, screening, and analysis of hedge fund investments /li li Conduct in-depth due diligence, modeling, and investment proposal preparation for the investment committee /li li Coordinate with portfolio management teams on multi-alternative and hedge fund portfolios and client mandates /li li Support interactions with internal and external clients for reviews and ad-hoc requests /li li Prepare market research related to hedge funds and portfolios /li li Assist BUD and fundraising efforts by attending client meetings as appropriate /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li University degree in finance/economics (as stated) /li li Progress toward CFA designation is strongly preferred /li li 4–6 years of experience in hedge funds manager selection, including systematic/quantitative HF strategies /li li Strong analytical skills with attention to detail /li li Collaborative team player with sound judgment and interpersonal skills /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Willingness to travel frequently /li /ul ul li Analytical mindset /li li Communication skills /li li Team collaboration /li li Due diligence and investment analysis /li li Financial modeling /li li Portfolio management coordination /li /ul
