b Overview /b p In this Salesforce-focused role, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to support wealth management workflows. You’ll translate business needs into scalable technical designs, build integrations with internal and third-party systems, and uphold security and deployment best practices. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve delivery and governance. This opportunity sits within a growing firm known for client-centric service and a strong culture of belonging and entrepreneurship. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform APIs /li li Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems /li li Translate business requirements into technical designs, balancing usability, maintainability and platform limits /li li Apply Salesforce security best practices, including sharing, permissions and Lightning Web Security /li li Troubleshoot complex production issues and identify root causes /li li Improve deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring /li li Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners and other stakeholders /li li Adhere to Information Security Policies /li li Completing other duties as directed /li li Occasional work outside normal hours (weekends, evenings, holidays) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) /li li Familiar with declarative development tools (Validation Rules, Process Builders, Flows) /li li Familiar with Apex, Aura, and LWC /li li Experience with Salesforce integrations (Salesforce tools and other platforms) /li li Financial Services experience /li li Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li li 5+ years of Salesforce experience /li li Experience with Jira /li li Experience with Agile, CI/CD and Test Automation /li /ul ul li Excellent communication /li li Time-management /li li Analytical thinking /li li Apex /li li Lightning Web Components (LWC) /li li Aura /li /ul
