Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and external stakeholders, providing courteous and efficient reception service.
  • Collate and record pupil attendance daily; produce fortnightly attendance reports for the Deputy Head.
  • Carry out a range of clerical and administrative duties to support the wider school community.
  • Support planning and development of the school office service, maintaining high standards of efficiency, organisation, and customer care.

Working Hours and Salary:

This is a fixed‑term role until 31 December 2026, working from 8:00am – 5:00pm (25.5 hours per week) across three working days per week, term time plus 10 days (36 weeks), paying £14,018 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay).
