LGS Projects design, supply and construct cold rolled steel buildings for clients across the UK, and in a variety of industries.
Role Description
You will work closely with the operations manager, who is based both in the office and out on site.
Duties include:
- Assist the operations manager with all general day-to-day tasks
- Provide basic administrative support (Updating notes, making & receiving calls, emails)
- Assist with project estimating and project management including liaising with subcontractors
- Communication with suppliers and clients as required
- Obtaining quotes from manufacturers/suppliers
- Assist with purchasing
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Reliable, punctual and detail orientated.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an office environment (preferred)
Negotiable hours. Full training will be provided. 20 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
