On-Air & Programming

We are looking for charismatic, culturally-connected presenters to host shows across our music and talk programming. You will be the voice millions wake up to, commute with, and unwind to — representing the heart and soul of Lure Global Radio to a worldwide audience.

Responsibilities

  • Host live and pre-recorded radio shows across Bollywood, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, English, and cultural programming
  • Engage listeners through compelling storytelling, music curation, and live interaction
  • Research and prepare show content, guest interviews, and listener segments
  • Represent LGR at community events and promotional appearances
  • Collaborate with production team on show formatting and creative direction
  • Read and deliver sponsored content and advertisements naturally within broadcasts

Qualifications

  • Proven on-air radio or podcast presenting experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent vocal delivery — warm, engaging, and professional tone
  • Deep knowledge of at least one LGR music genre (Bollywood, Tamil, English Hits, etc.)
  • Strong improvisation skills and comfort with live broadcasting

Broadcast Engineer / Technical Operator

As a Broadcast Engineer at LGR, you will ensure our 24/7 global stream stays crystal clear across 150+ countries. From studio equipment maintenance to audio routing and stream optimisation, you are the technical backbone that keeps LGR sounding world-class around the clock.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all studio broadcast equipment including mixing consoles, microphones, and audio processors
  • Monitor 24/7 broadcast stream quality, latency, and uptime across global CDN endpoints
  • Configure and optimise audio encoding settings for maximum quality at minimum bandwidth
  • Set up and manage remote broadcast connections for presenters working from global locations
  • Implement and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery protocols
  • Document all technical infrastructure, processes, and incident reports

Qualifications

  • Degree in Broadcast Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in radio or audio broadcast environment
  • Strong knowledge of audio codecs (AAC, MP3, Opus), streaming protocols (Icecast, SHOUTcast, HLS)
  • Experience with broadcast software (Myriad, Zetta, or similar playout systems)

Audio Producer / Sound Designer

LGR is seeking creative audio producers to craft the sonic identity of our station. From producing client advertisements and jingles to designing show intros, soundscapes, and station imaging — your work will define how millions of listeners experience Lure Global Radio every day.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality radio advertisements, jingles, and station imaging for LGR and client brands
  • Design and mix show intros, outros, sweepers, and transitional audio elements
  • Edit and master podcast episodes and on-demand content for the LGR podcast library
  • Create bespoke soundscapes and audio branding packages for LGR business clients
  • Manage voice-over recording sessions with presenters and external talent

Qualifications
