Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts and Warranty Coordinator, located in Liverpool. The Parts and Warranty Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities including managing customer satisfaction and service, processing warranty claims, and ensuring quality assurance. The role involves regular communication with customers to address their needs and concerns, as well as coordinating parts orders and returns.

• Experience in the machinery or construction industry is a plus
