The Job :
Reporting to the VP, OEM Management and Performance, this role is responsible for driving the growth, performance, and strategic program management of our luxury OEM partnerships. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs designed to optimize partner performance, deliver actionable business intelligence, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role will manage key relationships with luxury OEMs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and serve as the subject matter expert for program management and performance optimization within this segment.
Key Responsibilities :
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and fostering long-term collaboration.
Required Skills :
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, dealer feedback, and market trends to develop data-driven recommendations and strategic insights. Excel skills required .
Ability to identify program or product-related issues, distinguish them from sales execution challenges, and implement timely , effective corrective actions.
Strong ability to create, deliver, and articulate well-structured business reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. PPT skills required .
Skilled in advocating for program-driven initiatives, securing OEM buy-in, and influencing stakeholders to drive contract sales, revenue growth, and improved consumer experience.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple OEM programs, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and balance competing priorities effectively.
Extensive experience working with automotive dealerships and / or OEMs, particularly within the luxury segment.
Bilingual (English / French) oral and written skills are an asset.
Experience :
A minimum of 5+ yearsβ experience in an account or program management role.
At least 5+ yearsβ experience in the automotive, finance, or insurance industries, with a focus on strategic partnerships or OEM relations preferred.
