Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional ready to oversee our hotel\’s overnight operations? We\’re looking for a dynamic Night Manager to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Lead the Night Team: Manage the night staff, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Smooth Operations: Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, including front desk, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Guest Excellence: Address guest requests and issues promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle Emergencies: Manage any emergency situations, contacting the appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Nightly Audit: Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Safety First: Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed during the overnight shift.
  • Budget Management: Manage the overnight budget, recording and accounting for all expenses.
  • Coordinate Efforts: Work with other departments to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Train and Guide: Provide training and guidance to night staff, ensuring high performance.
  • Keep Records: Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities and incidents.

  • Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night management role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
