Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead on press relations, storytelling, and brand communications, while overseeing the creative output that brings campaigns, partnerships, and experiences to life. From managing media relationships and agency collaboration to guiding graphic design, content, and visual consistency, you’ll ensure our hotels are not only seen and heard — but remembered.

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role, ideally within luxury lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or a creative brand environment. Strong background in PR and communications, including media relations, press releases, brand storytelling, and working with PR agencies. A keen graphic design eye, with the ability to brief, review, and elevate creative assets to ensure brand consistency and high visual standards. Confident managing content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, websites, and owned communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural feel for tone of voice and brand narrative. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, F&B, operations, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. Commercially aware, understanding how PR, brand visibility, and creative storytelling support revenue and positioning. Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach and strong ownership mindset. Passionate about lifestyle, design, culture, and hospitality, with a genuine enthusiasm for original brands and experiences.
