Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead hotel refurbishment, renovation, rebranding, opening, and re-opening projects across our growing portfolio.
From transforming guest bedrooms and public spaces to launching new hotels and major brand conversions, you'll take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to guests and operations.

What You'll Do
- Lead hotel refurbishments, renovations, and capital investment projects.
- Manage hotel openings, re-openings, and rebranding programmes.
- Develop and control project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers, owners, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and People teams.
- Ensure projects comply with all health & safety, statutory, and brand requirements.
- Monitor performance, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Proven project management experience within hotels, hospitality, property, construction, or facilities management.
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience delivering refurbishment, renovation, or multi-site capital projects.
- Strong commercial awareness with budget management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable
- Experience managing hotel openings, re-openings, or brand conversions.
- Knowledge of branded hotel environments such as IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Accor
