What You’ll Be Doing Taking ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from concept through to completion Bringing clarity and confidence to budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions Working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything aligned Managing costs while always balancing quality, experience, and long-term value Identifying risks early and helping teams navigate challenges with confidence Supporting a collaborative, solutions-focused approach across every stage of delivery What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who combines experience with a strong sense of purpose—someone who enjoys being relied upon and takes pride in doing things the right way. A depth of experience in Quantity Surveying, giving you the confidence to lead and guide projects The ability to create reassurance and clarity for others in often complex situations A collaborative approach—someone who values relationships and works well with others Confidence to take ownership, alongside sound judgement and the ability to influence A structured, organised mindset that brings control and consistency to projects Strong commercial awareness, with a practical and forward-thinking approach Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
