What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the CEO's Trusted Right Hand
    • Manage a fast-moving diary, travel arrangements, meetings and priorities.
    • Coordinate leadership meetings, site visits and events across Europe.
    • Ensure actions are followed through and delivered.
  • Turn Information into Insight
    • Analyse business performance data and market trends.
    • Support the creation of board packs, reports and presentations.
    • Research new opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Shape Business Communications
    • Draft CEO briefings, key messages and leadership communications.
    • Create compelling presentations for investors, boards and stakeholders.
    • Work closely with our Strategic Communications team on business-wide initiatives.
  • Drive Projects Forward
    • Track strategic projects across Operations, Finance, People & Development and Communications.
    • Champion the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
    • Keep multiple workstreams moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree educated, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Confidence working with data, reports, PowerPoint and modern digital tools.
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities.
  • Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
