Are you skilled and enthusiastic about managing reservations? We are looking for a Reservationist to assist with ensuring our guests have a seamless booking experience.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Reservation Management: Process reservations using the hotel's reservation management system.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a smooth reservation process.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
  • Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Upsell Services: Promote hotel services and amenities to customers.
  • Report Progress: Prepare reports on reservations and revenue as required.
