As our Group M&E Revenue Strategy Lead, you’ll be the architect of our Meetings & Events (M&E) commercial success—designing, implementing, and coordinating revenue strategies that span across a vibrant portfolio of hotels and brands. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the Charge: Inspire and guide GMs, M&E teams, and CRMs to unlock their full revenue potential.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: Partner with on-property teams to deliver razor-sharp weekly forecasts and insightful commercial analysis.
  • Spot the Gold: Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and turn insights into action.
  • Be the Voice of Strategy: Join commercial calls, budget reviews, and hotel meetings to share your expertise and drive results.
  • Crunch the Numbers: Dive into data, track KPIs, and uncover hidden revenue gems.
  • Train the Troops: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that elevate M&E revenue skills across the board.
  • Set the Standard: Ensure SOPs and best practices are not just in place—but thriving.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working with M&E revenue, whether in a Revenue Manager capacity, or in a MICE role on property.
  • Minimum of 3 years Revenue Management experience.
  • Ideally to have experience within a role that requires leadership and strategy setting, with experience in working with and influencing multiple stakeholders around the business.
  • Ability to manage, analyse and present data effectively in order to make informed decisions on strategy.
  • A strong leader, with ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Strong commercial acumen displaying an interest and understanding of issues relevant to the business and industry.
