- What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee accurate accounting records and financial reporting across multiple hotels.
- Prepare month-end accounts and ensure reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
- Produce balance sheets and ensure all reconciliations are completed thoroughly.
- Manage income audit processes and daily banking controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and corporate reporting deadlines.
- Driving Performance Through Insight
- Prepare financial presentations and commentary for leadership reporting packs.
- Lead the forecasting process, challenging assumptions and improving accuracy.
- Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning activities.
- Provide meaningful analysis that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Improving Processes & Systems
- Support financial system implementations across hotels.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and eliminating non-value-adding work.
- Ensure teams receive the training and support needed to maximise system performance.
- Help create smarter ways of working that improve efficiency and accuracy.

- You’ll Likely Bring
- Experience within a Financial Controller, Regional Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and balance sheet management experience.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to influence operational stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in interpreting financial data and translating it into practical actions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
- Strong systems knowledge, including financial platforms and Microsoft Office.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
- A willingness to travel across the region to support hotel teams when required.
Hospitality experience would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from commercially focused finance professionals from a multi-site environment.
